Founded in 2016, **Equity Partners Real Estate** is a top property agency in Dubai that provides high-quality real estate for sales and leasing in Dubai alongside comprehensive property management services.

We are dynamic real estate company in the UAE specialising in developer sales of **DAMAC, EMAAR, MERAAS** and luxury secondary market sales. Currently based in JLT we are a rapidly expanding and evolving real estate solutions provider and are looking to expand our team to one of the biggest in Dubai.

We are only seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Property Sales/Lettings Consultant in Dubai.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
- Working in sales or rentals, depending on experience
- Negotiating and finalising deals

**What EP can offer you**:

- 50-70% Commission depending on experience and bonus schemes on hitting targets per month

- Admin support for all listings and SIM to make unlimited local and international calls

- Proficient in English, advantageous if you also have Russian and Arabic
- Sales Experience in any industry
- Impressive personality with good presentation skills
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to grow within the company in the long run with our vision
- Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £500.00-£69,446.30 per year

**Benefits**:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with Investors: 1 year (preferred)
