Role Responsibilities
- You will be required to meet with each resident on a weekly basis and carry out a 1hour support session, based around a support plan which is conducted on the initial meeting with the resident.
- Residents will have different needs such as learning difficulties, mental health, you must have experience of working with such needs.
- You will be the residents' main contact and support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives.
- You’ will organise and coordinate the risk assessment, support plans and resident reviews.
- You will be responsible for keeping files up-to-date and evidencing the support given.

Skills and Experience needed for the role:

- Previous experience of supporting vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Punctuality
- Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of R&R Property Services Limited
- Satisfactory Police Check
- A commitment to undertake training and development
- Good general education
- Confident IT user

Properties are based in Birmingham, you must be able to attend the properties by your own means.

Hours are flexible to suit both you and our residents.

Starting salary is £11 per hour, we would expect you to invoice us accordingly
