Play Leader - Oldham
Are you an experienced Play Leader, well-versed in supporting and supervising Nursery-aged children? Are you great at working with children and would love to showcase this in a school environment? If so, Tradewind would love to hear from you
Hours: 08:30 - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday.
Alongside a team of Early Years staff, you would be working independently with a group of children with additional needs, including communication, academic and behaviour. This role provides an opportunity for leadership and development within your practice.Experience with autism and speech and language difficulties would be advantageous.
Tradewind offer above-market rates of pay, with the daily rate in the region of £75 - 85 per day.
Your duties might include:
Supporting and managing students with additional needs
Taking responsibility for the safeguarding of the young people in your care
Supporting the school team to provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for students to learn

A relevant EYFS qualification
Have an understanding of supporting pupils with SEND
