**Junior Demand Planner**

**About the role**:
No7 Beauty Company Demand Planning is in an exciting period of development within the S&OP planning process. You will work collaboratively with the commercial, finance and S&OP teams developing and having influence on the overall future, success and business planning of the No7 Beauty company.
- Support in the development and maintenance of a SKU level forecast over a 12 month+ horizon for assigned brands/channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and supply, to gather relevant data and insights to ensure an optimal forecast number is reached.
- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify patterns and drivers of demand. Utilise statistical models and forecasting tools to generate accurate demand forecasts and improve overall forecasting accuracy.
- Through monthly S&OP consensus meetings ensure outcomes are aligned with the business forecast at SKU and top line level.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the demand planning system, including data integrity, master data, parameter management and housekeeping routines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on demand planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and key performance indicators. Communicate forecast updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the demand planning function and actively contribute to their implementation. Participate in demand planning meetings and cross-functional projects to enhance forecasting techniques, streamline processes, and drive overall efficiency.

**What you’ll need to have**:

- Experience of supply planning and/or customer services desirable
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis
- Experience of using supply planning systems & processes in a CPG or FMCG environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills
- Strong problem solving & numeracy skills, and an ability to interpret large amounts of data
- Must be an advanced Excel user
- Excellent attention to detail and extreme accuracy skills
- Ability to take a proactive attitude and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Strong customer focus and cross-cultural communication skills
- A great team player

**Hybrid Working**:
We offer our Support Office team members a flexible, hybrid working approach based upon empowerment, accountability, care, and trust, which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working. You are required to work in the office three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and have the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
