Accounts Receivable Administrator

Working within our Accounts Receivable team, this is a key role to support the AR Team Leader and the wider team.
- Download AB bank statements & attached remittances (daily) and download ABSN (daily).
- AB Euro Statement & Euro cheques - Advise AR Advisor for Tesco NI & Iceland ROI (daily)
- Preparation of BACs payments - ready to load into SAP - AM & PM (daily).
- Cheques received, list and scan (daily)
- Manage the remittances mailbox (daily).
- Cheques to bank/PO each Tuesday and Wednesday (weekly).
- Check all payments are posted & remittances are received (daily).
- Remittance diary - ensure all payments expected are received, flag with advisor if not (daily).
- Periodically - Run DMS report (monthly).
- Send out Heron invoices & statement (weekly), Poundland statement (weekly) and Iceland ROI invoices (weekly).
- Create new payment templates for ABSN, AB & SB (monthly).
- Prepare Asda remittance, Nisa and prep Iceland portal template (weekly).
- Download x 3 Sainsbury remittances and prepare (monthly).
- Send out Invoices for team (weekly).
