We are currently recruiting for an
**Accounts Assistant** with Sales Ledger experience to join our shared service team based at our Telford site.

**Accounts Assistant - Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor all cash received through Autobank and manage all exceptions ensuring reconciliation of customer payments and accurate sales ledger.
- Support and manage customers that are transferring to the online platform.
- Process of supplier invoices
- Communicate relevant key issue information to the management team.
- Ensure processes are maintained and performed accurately and in accordance with policy.
- Execute Direct Debit payments.
- Consistently provide a high level of service to customers both external and internal
- Additional admin duties such as reporting, manual invoicing, scanning and filing.

**Accounts Assistant - Key skills & experience**:

- Experience in financial systems (SAP, AS400)
- Sales Ledger experience
- FMCG experience
- Confident negotiating skills
- Understanding of finance processes
- PC literate (Microsoft Office essential) intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Understanding/enforcement of Business Compliance Policies
- Accurate and analytical
- Excellent organizational skills
- Movex/SOP Personal Qualities
- Self-motivated - demonstrate determination and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to build effective working relationships - internal & external.
- Able to bring energy during positive & challenging times.
- Be persistent and resourceful and make things happen.
- Brings issues to the surface as they occur gaining a resolution quickly.
- Ability to support & adapt quickly to change in systems & process.
