**Position: Part-Time Sales Ledger / Bookkeeper**

**Responsibilities**:

- Credit control cash collection of overdue accounts
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records via accounts software
- Record day-to-day financial transactions on both Ledgers but particularly Sale Ledger including journals
- Process invoices, receipts, debit notes and payments

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Experience with accounts receivable processes
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
