We are currently looking for someone to work either full-time or part-time based in our Transitional Residential Service’s based in the Highbridge and Brent area, supporting autistic adults.

**Roles Available**:
We have varying posts available at both our Brent Knoll based services and are therefore open to the suggestion of contracted hours between 16 and 37 per week (providing they fit service needs).

**The role includes**:

- Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into the community
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
- Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults
