Creative Support Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting older adults in a proactive and holistic manner. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Support individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities
  • Work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, including evenings
  • Previous experience in a care setting is necessary
