Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:
The duties of the post will cover a wide range of disciplines within Facilities Management and would be suited to individuals with some knowledge of the sector, however it could appeal to applicants from all sectors who have a desire to move into this area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Support Project Managers in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
- Attend meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to take notes and provide updates.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

**What you’ll need**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Some knowledge of project and contract management
- Aptitude for planning, prioritising, and organising your own work in relation to tasks of varying in size and complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate a flexible approach to delivering both team and individual objectives, contributing towards building team morale.

**About you**:
Your Internship with Robertson Facilities Management will give you the perfect opportunity to turn academic theory into practise. The 12-week programme is designed to give you an insight into a multi-discipline Facilities Management Organisation. The experience will allow you to kick-start your career path whilst on your academic break.
