The Organisation: Caretech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health illness and neurological conditions. With over 250 services nationwide,we support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Recruitment Officer to assist with the recruitment within the Children’s Division.
The Role: We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work in our busy Recruitment department, reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner. The purpose of the role is to support and assist the Recruitment life cycle, ensuring it runs as smoothly and effectivelyas possible, providing a full service to the division.
Responsibilities of role will include:
Liaising with Managers and Administrators through all stages of the recruitment process, offering advice and guidance to assist them with making a positive decision
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from preparation of job descriptions through to offer
Uploading sensitive data onto iTrent, in tandem with New Starter Forms
Assisting the Recruitment Business Partner with the preparation of training, recruitment workshops, competitor research
- Previous experience in either a Recruitment or HR related role
- Excellent written and computer skills including accuracy
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Enthusiasm, drive and a self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills and able to use own initiative
- Confident in their approach and ability
- A team player
