An exciting opportunity to undertake a new role at a rapidly expanding Special School.
Briarwood has a dedicated team of staff, governors and parents/carers who are proud to support 165 children and young people aged 3 to 19 years and are passionate about their progress, happiness and care.
You will be required to undertake specific activities to support and promote the development of the young person's holistic development, personal organisation skills, social skills and managing the organisation and delivery of these activities on a day to day basis in school and out in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our school in this new role.
The posts are 32.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.45pm. Term time only, working 39 weeks (including 5 inset days), 13 weeks school holidays of which 6.6 weeks paid as annual leave. No entitlement to annual leave during term time. Salary £26,873 to £28,770per annum (Pro Rata) dependent on Bristol City Council or Local Government continuous service.
