**The Role**
You will be working within a team of skilled support workers, enabling young people and adults living in the community to live as full and independent a life as possible.
We support individuals with a wide range of needs and conditions, including learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairments and physical complex care requirements. Some of the people we support may have difficulties with communication and, at times, may display behaviours that are deemed to be challenging. Bespoke, high-quality training will be given so that you have exactly the right skills needed to support each client.

**Key Skills and Duties**
- Fluent in Polish and the ability to translate
- Positive behaviour support
- Personal care
- Strong communication skills
- Ensure logs are kept up to date and the information reported is accurate
- Attention to detail, ensuring care plans are met with safeguarding and welfare being a priority
- Driver’s licence is essential
**Location**
- In and around the Liverpool Area, potentially including surrounding Merseyside areas
