**Quality and Compliance Coordinator**

**Location - West Kent**

**Permanent - £32k DOE**

**Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week. 8am - 6pm**

We have a position open for a **Quality and Compliance Coordinator**. This is an ideal role for someone that has previous experience in a customer driven claims role within Insurance. Great company and friendly team.

The role of a **Quality and Compliance Coordinator **will ensure that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately with feedback given directly to the relevant stakeholders.

**As a Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be**:

- Developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties
- Managing **Audits** each calendar month, providing immediate feedback to SMT during the month as issues arise and reporting full results at month end
- Contributing to the overall development of the business in conjunction with the Senior Management Team, including meeting existing and potential clients
- Reviewing claims and associated call recordings and portal messages, as appropriate, to assess and score **claims handling** and customer journey
- Proposing design improvements to above and deliver them in conjunction with various other internal teams
- Clearly **highlighting training** needs from audited cases
- Developing summary MI report in conjunction with the MI Manager to report monthly on Audit findings
- Undertaking any other duties as required
- Experience in an **insurance claim handling** and/or claims supervisory role
- Knowledge of Household Policy Structure, cover and £ limits/excesses
- Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Helpfulness and a passion for raising quality standards across the business in both **technical accuracy** and customer service
