MyCigara specialises in the Vaping Sector assisting individuals to stop smoking within a retail environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales individual to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Your role as a Sales Consultant is to be a high performing, self -motivated and engaged team member who is really clear on what great in-store performance and customer service looks like. You will work closely in all areas of the retail store and assist with the customer journey to achieve the store targets and KPIs. This exciting position offers the opportunity to earn bonus and progress into a higher role.

**Requirement**
- Energy, Integrity & Adaptive Intelligence
- Proven experience in sales or other customer service/sales role.
- Vaping experience preferred

**Responsibilities**
- Being passionate about our products, services and brand and understanding what we offer as a business
- Working to and following our customer journey framework to make sure you are delivering a great personalised experience in store
- Delivering store targets - Building a rapport with every customer to create personalised recommendations that can help their journey to become smoke free
- Being aware of your own performance and the team performance and how you can contribute to MyCigara’s success
- Using in store systems and working compliantly and adhering to company policies and processes
- Taking ownership for your own development with support from your Store Leader.
- Supporting the Store Leadership team to open and close the Store
- Working with your team to take ownership of the store appearance. Taking pride in where you work
- Peer to peer coaching to really share best practice to help others.
- Skills and Experience Needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
