In addition, Common-Use Passenger Processing and Self-Service solutions and our Mobile Bag Drop app help airports efficiently manage the ups and downs in daily passenger numbers.

Our platform is 100% cloud-native, and users can access it anywhere, anytime, and on any device. We configure all modules within the Cloud and deliver remote updates quickly and easily; users can access AeroCloud’s software via a web interface, removing the need to access a local network. Airports can depend on our cloud-hosted platform’s security, fast processing speeds and scalability.

**Requirements**:
**About you**

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work as an Airport Engagement Officer to join our Commercial team who will report directly to the Senior Airport Engagement Partner. This role will not have any direct reports and will be based in the Macclesfield office with a hybrid working model.

**Summary of Role**

The role of our SDR is to work within our five stages of the AeroCloud Sales process.

Outreach to potential customers through a number of communication tools and

techniques. Building a strong market presence in the territory assigned.

Ownership of stages 1-5 of the AeroCloud sales process
- 1- Through industry portals and self driven exploration, generate new opportunities for the business.
- 3 - Take ownership of initial engagements with potential key internal drivers through multiple avenues of communication.
- 4 - Both nurture and maintain relationships with internal drivers.
- 5 - Ultimately book live demos to showcase ACS to key stakeholders.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Airport Engagement Director
- Working closely with the Marketing team on sales related outreach activities
- Ownership of data input and accuracy into the CRM for their areas
- Develop new and creative ways of improving processes and outreach methods
- Provide support across the full customer acquisition cycle, including involvement in customer calls, proposal generation, research and onboarding
- Gather and structure customer feedback to share with our product and service teams
- Taking the lead on customer technical demonstrations
- Will attend international conferences and represent AeroCloud at international exhibitions

The duties and responsibilities of the role may vary and change depending on the AeroCloud business needs.
