**Overview**:
Brand new growth opportunity with an exciting, international health-tech company, for a CRM Strategist to join an existing team. The role will support in creating and executing sales and marketing campaigns in the US and UK healthcare market, with a brandnew product which helps young people manage chronic health.

The purpose-driven start-up is based in leafy Cheshire in a beautiful office but will present opportunities to travel internationally and even relocate to San Francisco if your heart desires There is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company andlearn directly from outsanding, successful business professionals.

Reporting to the CEO and Company Founder, the CRM Strategist is looking for someone with hands on experience in HubSpot, Salesfroce, Dynamic, Parfot or similar.

**Key strategic accountability**:

- **Opportunity to lead -** Ultimately, the brief is yours to generate B2B customer interest to deliver the revenue targets set as a business and the CRM Strategist will own responsibility for in full.
- **Strategic Input -** Working with CEO, Head of Content and Head of Software Engineering, to translate the business plan and strategy into 12-24 month sales and marketing project plan. Regularly measure and report to leadership team on theperformance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- **Creative Narrative Input -** Working with thr content team to develop key messaging strategies.
- **Deliver in appropriate channels -** Management of our online presence (Wordpress website management) and competitor analyses / repositioning across key words. The CRM Strategist will oversee the website roadmap and project plan - in conjunctionwith specialists in the business.
- **Measure Success** - Hubspot CRM management and growth marketing strategies, leveraging workflows and automations to develop marketing funnels that lead to sales. The CRM Strategist will report on campaign performance to continue producingthe best possible results for the business.

**The CRM Strategist will also**:

- Implement, deliver, manage and reporting on CRM strategies across the company.
- Manage all customer communication journeys including transactional, engagement and automation.
- Create customer segmentation using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Drive the customer acquisition and communication strategy by turning data analysis into actionable insights to inform content automation strategies.
- Managing and developing the testing and optimisation plans
- Report: Metrics, and analysis on ROI across all platforms
- Planning and developing innovative and targeted nurturing campaigns that drive sales opportunities within our contact base.
- Reporting effectiveness against key retention metrics including engagement, usage, and retention rates.
- Act as the point / conduit between the CEO, Sales and our Demand Generation partners to understand the insights that will inform campaign targets.
- Updating APIs and data flows into CRM tools.
- Plan, build and execute campaigns and ensure proper setup of landing pages, all campaign assets, tracking and measurement of results.

**Requirements**:
Have you got practical, hands-on experience using a CRM platform like HubSpot or Salesforce, Dynamic, Pardot or Marketo to deliver advanced, tactical marketing campaigns? If so, we'd like to hear from you
- c.3-5 years experience, managing digital marketing across paid and performance channels.
- Specialism in B2BHubspot (or similar) Marketing / Growth Marketing and CRM Management
- The ability to understand and analyse data
- A sound understanding of marketing automation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timeline.
- Proficiency in managing and tracking effectiveness of campaigns via Google Analytics.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Amazing presentation skills.

- Knowledge of marketing attribution and lead processing
- Experience In: Paid Social, PPC, Conversion Optimisation, Analytics, SEO strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Self-motivated

**Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 negotiable**

**Location: Cheshire (Hybrid some level of attendance required)**
