**About the Role:**
**To assist with the company growth the HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive admin and support across all aspects of HR to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the Company.**
**Duties**:
- **Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process from placing an advertisement to conducting a telephone interview.**
- **Prepare Contracts of Employment for new starters and internal transfer/change correspondence for existing employees.**
- **Support and administer in the compliance of employee’s files including but not limited to references, background and criminal checks.**
- **Deal with HR administration and general employment enquiries. Including coordinating and prioritising the workload ensuring the smooth HR paper flow by ensuring that all paperwork is completed in a timely and efficient manner.**
- **Ensure that important actions or matters arising are brought to the attention of the HR Manager as appropriate and that routine items are dealt with in accordance with established procedures.**
- **Assist and be effective in data entries for internal Human Resources Management Systems.**
- **Maintain an efficient filing system, ensure that all confidential items are kept or disposed of in a secure manner and in line with policies.**
- **Ensuring that the Company’s policies and procedures are followed consistently throughout.**
- **Be confident with HR formal procedures to support line managers, and provide advice in line with company policy.**
- **Project work as and when required as well as taking minutes at HR Hearings/Meetings.**
**About you:**
**The role holder is expected to have the majority, if not all, of the following skills and competencies to ensure that they will be fit for the role and able to carry out its duties**:
- **Excellent team player and flexible.**
- **24 months minimum HR solid administration experience with a ‘can do’ attitude.**
- **Good understanding of HR processes and relevant legislation.**
- **Excellent organisational and time management skills.**
- **Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise at all levels of the organisation.**
- **Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.**
- **Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.**
- **Professional and confidential approach to responsibilities in an HR environment.**
- **IT literate - proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.**
- **Experienced in using Management Systems.**
- **Excellent team player.**
