Working both remotely and in the office on a rota basis (2 - 3 days per week in the office)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

£9.89 - £12.09
- Using a headset to answer all incoming calls into the business (Approx. 70 - 100 incoming calls per day)
- Dealing with inquiries and responding accordingly
- Telephonic triage through assessing the needs/requirements of the caller
- Transferring calls to the correct department
- Updating the internal system and SAP
- General administration and diary management

**Requirements**:

- Telephone reception / helpdesk / triage experience - Essential
- SAP software experience - Ideal
