**Job Purpose**:
To provide commercially aware procurement and diligent planning support to site-based teams and management.

**Key Tasks**:

- To order materials & equipment as instructed by site managers.
- To source and book accommodation/ skip hire or any other requirements in each location, ensuring cost efficiency.
- To source cleaners and waste disposal for accommodation units.
- To maintain costings and update accounting systems.
- To maintain stock levels of consumables (PPE etc)
- To maintain job list and circulate as required.
- To maintain site files.
- To obtain and monitor regulatory permits/ licenses
- Any other duties as required by management.

**The person**:
Strong communication and IT skills are essential to be successful in this role.

Sage and excel experience desirable.
