We are looking for a HR professional to help provide a responsive and high-quality HR service on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the HR/People Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that there is a culture of strong, compassionate, empowered managers. You will have experience of managing employee relations cases and you will be using your expertise to advise managers on a range formal and informal employee relations cases.

You will be able to use and analyse data for reporting and to identify trends to help improve people management practices. You will work with managers to identify and implement initiatives to improve the performance, attendance and conduct of their teams.
