We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative with experience in the construction industry, for an established temporary works specialist.

Our client is a leading temporary works specialist in engineering and service excellence. Providing complete in-house solutions, they cater to all types of temporary works covering infrastructure, buildings and utilities. They are keen to bring on a Territory Sales Representative that will effectively act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within their assigned territory, to drive sales and objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading temporary works specialist in the UK that places a lot on being a collaborative, and solutions focused company, so you will be joining a team of experts where you’ll feel supported and valued in your role. If you are looking for a sales role that is less conventional and more hands on, and keen to develop your career in a fast-moving, exciting market then we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively cover the territory, selling a range of temporary works products to customers.
- Attain sales targets and objectives.
- Provide complete and accurate forecasting information for the Forward Revenue Report (FRR).
- Manage sales process and pipeline.
- Grow customer base and increase revenue sales.
- Report activities, records and conform to the administration system.
- Develop new and existing business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Industry Experience.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in Multinational Scaffolding and Formwork company.
- Strong, clear communicator.
- Demonstrates a readiness to make decisions, take the initiative and originate action.
- Negotiation skills to secure best deals for the company.
- Driven to motivate staff in order to hit goals.
- Advanced computer literacy.
