We’re recruiting for an organised, customer focused individual to join our long established aftersales department representing Vauxhall and Peugeot. The role is a busy one spinning lots of plates, however very rewarding if you are committed to offering high levels of customer service and satisfaction. You have a central role to play in the smooth running of the workshop by maximising the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the workshop team whilst maintaining the highest technical and quality standards.

As Workshop Controller you will have experience in a similar environment and have a well rounded understanding of how the department works.

You must be IT literate and happy to communicate with customers both digitally and face to face, as well as using the various manufacturer systems. There will be customer interaction in the role, but you will mainly engage with workshop technicians to provide parts and support.

You must want to get involved in every aspect of the after sales department and are keen to help colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done.

**Duties include**
- Reviewing and planning workloads and parts required for workshop jobs
- Receipting, issuing, and controlling parts stock
- Communicating with customers on the progress of their vehicle and upselling where necessary
- Preparing customer job cards and invoicing
- Supporting the general running of the After Sales Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
