**Marketing Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)**:

- **Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join us on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave until the end of March 2024. Based at our Carlisle site you will be a key member of our Marketing team assisting with the delivery of our marketing strategy through creation, assistance and development of marketing materials and content.

**_Specifically, some responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant include: _**
- Support development of the image of BSW Group brands and products.
- Assist with the creation of literature and other marketing collateral, online and offline.
- Organise and attend events such as trade shows, trade days and product photo shoots.
- Maintain the Groups range of websites, developing and updating digital content.
- Manage, develop and grow our expanding range of social media channels.
- Plan and support public relations and corporate social responsibility activities.
- Copywriting and proofreading of marketing materials.
- Support internal and external marketing campaigns.
- General administrative support.

**_About you:_**

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who has the ability to think outside the box for our rapidly growing and expanding portfolio. With experience in Marketing or with the relevant transferable skills, you’ll have;
- Excellent computer skills across all Microsoft programmes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- The ability to influence successful business outcomes and build relationships.
- A creative approach and a high level of attention to detail.
- A degree or equivalent formal qualification in Marketing and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) would be advantageous.
