Helpline Advisor

We have some fantastic vacancies for Helpline Advisors for NSPCC. You will be responsible for screening and triaging calls and web enquires from adults who have safeguarding concerns for children in the community.

There may be opportunities to gain experience and training to gain promotion to a Helpline Practitioner with salary from £32,203.

Rota will include evening. The hours will include 1 in 3 weekends and 1 in 3 week working from home. Example rota and Job Description available on request.

Salary is set at £22,362 for Practitioner - £200 Home working allowance and 3.5% rota allowance.

6 month fixed term contract with possibility of permanent opportunities.

Office based in Belfast and 1week per month working from home.
