Children's Support Worker Nights

Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.
We have an exciting new role based In Great Yarmouth.
**The Job Role: Children’s support worker-Nights ( Female only)**
You will be working between two young children in their own homes around the Great Yarmouth area. When on shift you will be responsible for all aspects of this child’s care with a focus on monitoring and completely regular checks throughout the night.
**Shifts**:
Night Shifts:
21:00-08:00 Mon-Sun or 20:00-06:30
**Responsibilities**:
- Personal care
- Medication management
- Management of a Tracheostomy
- Completion of daily recording paperwork
- Reporting safeguarding concerns

Expected hours: 22 - 33 per week
