We are looking for a Head of SEO to join a leading marketing agency and customer engagement team. This is an opportunity to be responsible for developing and executing many brand’s SEO strategies, alongside managing and optimising their organic search campaigns and tracking and analysing their organic search performance. You will also work with a wider marketing team to integrate organic search campaigns with other marketing initiatives and stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.

The correct person will be able to demonstrate commercial experience in an SEO role including a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a team. You should also have experience with all major SEO platforms and a strong understanding of organic search campaign setup, optimisation, and keyword research. Further to this you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone with experience managing and leading a team of SEO professionals. This experience should include setting and achieving team goals, providing coaching and development to team members, and creating a positive and productive team environment.
- You can show in-depth experience using all major SEO platforms, including Google Search Console. This experience should include creating and managing campaigns, setting goals, and optimising for the best results possible.
- You can show a deep understanding of organic search campaign setup, optimisation, and keyword research. This understanding should include on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, international SEO, mobile SEO, e-commerce SEO.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collect and analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and can show the ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with others.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
