**Head of Marketing and Communications**

Leading our Marketing and Communications functions, you’re a relationship-builder and creative mind, uncovering opportunities for positioning Bellrock as a market-leading disruptive player in the property and facilities management market.

You will define and drive our brands to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activity. Building and leading a revitalised marketing and communications function, you will be key to further developing our brand proposition and to providing marketing direction across the organisation

And as a Head of Marketing and Communications with Bellrock you’ll do it by
- To develop a deep understanding of the Bellrock Group portfolio, its brands and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with senior operational and business development colleagues to develop and execute marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Build awareness of Bellrock and its brands among property executives and senior decision makers and develop our reputation as a leading property and facilities management provider.
- Ensure our content underpins our lead generation and key account management marketing activity, ensuring we achieve our ambitious growth targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external marketing and PR agencies to deliver and support key programmes of work as required.
- Develop a leading edge digital marketing capability incorporating SEO best practice to increase traffic and drive website conversions and analytics capability for gathering and interpreting data across our channels, analysing campaign activity, tracking performance, and optimising campaign activity.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations programme that will enhance Bellrock’s image and position within its target marketplaces and the wider public arena, and facilitate internal and external communications
- Manage, maintain, and deliver the Group’s Internal Communications Plan, ensuring planned and ad-hoc communications and providing 360-degree communication across all Bellrock colleagues.
- Own Bellrock’s brand guidelines that coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues to track and measure brand performance, whilst monitoring competitor brand activity
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Organisational Development align Bellrock’s talent brand and careers website with wider corporate branding, website and marketing campaigns
- Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations to help the Bellrock operate with initiative and innovation.
- Lead the Marketing and Communications teams, providing support and guidance, managing performance, providing learning and growth opportunities, and setting objectives

**What does it take?**

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Head of Marketing and Communications you’ll need
- A degree-level qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as a Marketing and Bidding specialist
- Membership of CIM (MCIM / CMktr desirable or working towards)
- Experience of working with and using the HubSpot CRM system to shape and drive marketing activity and client focused communications.
- Extensive experience coordinating campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Experience of working at a strategic level, developing brand campaign strategies.
- Demonstrable experience of customer segmentation, targeting and positioning.
- A working knowledge of SEO and the latest Google algorithm updates, including experience of creating content distribution strategies in support of lead generation, lead nurturing and key account management activities.
- Proven track record in campaign management and delivery.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience of using research, data, and analytics to identify and develop actionable insights.
