**JOB PURPOSE/DUTIES**:
Lead and manage a team of motivated workers, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles or storage containers. The **Team Leader 7.5T** will be fully conversant with and conform to all relevant Company procedures and will ensure Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety of themselves and the workers under their direct control are maintained at all times. The Team Leader 7.5T will be responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained. **EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- Literate and numerate
- CPC Certificate
- FLT license (Desirable but not essential)
- Attended Basic Practical Course and passed assessment
- Attended all Business Moving training

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Handling customers to a superior level of service delivery
- Ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety (including accident reporting) are maintained at all times
- Ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct staff accordingly
- Knowledge and experience of office and commercial work desirable
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Health & Safety Regulations and conducting Risk Assessments

- Have necessary experience in the moving industry
