**Fox Morris Group** are currently working to recruit a **Planning Enforcement Officer. **This is a **full-time **role, on a **3-6 month+ contract.**

**Rate**:£39.97+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)

**Hours**:36 per week
- Extensive experience as a planning enforcement officer.

**Role responsibilities**
- Undertake the Council’s responsibilities for the investigation and resolution of alleged breaches of planning control under the Town and Country Planning Acts and related legislation in the Borough,
- Assist in the achievement of the authority's key purposes and the continuous improvement of its performance,
- Assist in maintaining consistency with the Council's quality and equality perspectives.
