**Private Sector Account Support Administrator - Harlow**

**£28,000 per annum**

Our client is looking to recruit an organised, experienced technically minded Administrator to provide timely, well organised, efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Private Sector Hospital Team.

You must be a fast thinking, proactive individual, be able to maintain and update data and records and support the team to ensure compliance and targets are maintained throughout the contract.

**Purpose of the Role**

Provide professional administrative support to the Head of the Private Sector and KAMs by consolidating and streamlining administrative operations, creating, and monitoring reports and producing correspondence and documentation to a high professional standard.Build long term relationships with customers, subcontractors, and staff to ensure responsiveness and superior customer service.

**Task List**
- Provide technical administrative assistance to the Head of the Private Sector
- Assist and support Private Sector KAMs in their daily tasks
- Point of contact for Customer Care Centre enquiries and escalations
- Compile KPI reporting for Private Sector Hospital customers for KAMs
- Compile reports for customer as requested on any aspect of the contract
- Inventory Status reports
- Service History reports
- NF/NMA reports
- Check and confirm billable ad-hoc files for accuracy before invoicing
- Check and confirm contract files for accuracy before invoicing
- Complete additions and deletions of Private Sector Customer assets
- Liaise with all internal departments to ensure contract delivery
- Complete associated admin needed to close repairs and PMs as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure data integrity within management systems
- Deal with OEM service staff and management when required
- To attend, take minutes and action lists at meetings when required
- Participate in and promote the growth of Althea business
- Assisting with auditing in line with contractual requirement
- Customer relationship management
- Problem solving/trouble shooting

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Be able to react quickly when necessary and mobilise a solution
- Attention to detail - KPI reports, accuracy, follow up, completer finisher
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, PowerPoint, Access and Publishers, Excel
- Ability to manage substantial workloads, prioritising as appropriate
- Superior integrity and discretion, as role involves dealing with Executive level, highly sensitive information

**Salary and Benefits**
- £28,000
- Royal London Pension Scheme - 3% EE contribution and 5% ER contribution
