We have an opportunity for a senior and responsible PA to get involvement at the heart of this busy, challenging, and fast-moving environment. You will be based in the Development Office in the centre of Oxford and work closely both with the Director andsenior staff members on a wide range of activities and priorities which will inevitably change from day to day. **Temporary PA to Director Responsibilities**

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

- Support the Director by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Director’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel, and visa arrangementsworldwide
- Supporting the Director with their regular 1-1 meetings by liaising in advance with direct line-reports for key information prior to meetings (primarily, team expenditure to date and budget, team prospect lists, team contact reports and team solicitationplans.)
- Board meeting preparation. Preparing agendas, minuting and the rapid production of reports, presentations, drafting letters and other documents as required
- Maintaining a paper-based and electronic filing system and general organisation of documentation
- Processing expense claims and credit card bills in accordance with financial regulations

**Temporary PA to Director Essentials**
- An interest in the Education Sector
- Experience of providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced, complex organisation, ideally in a higher education or development environment
- Experience in complex diary management in a busy office
- Able to produce work of a high standard and proofread own work
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including a good command of the English language with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain an electronic diary
- Considerable organisational skills, flexibility, initiative and ability to manage a variety of tasks
- Ability to draft letters or documents at short notice to a very high standard
