**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday,

Rotational Shift:
06:00 - 14:30

13:30 - 22:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with all external customers by communicating in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that they are left with a lasting positive impression of our delivery service.
- Answering and responding to all incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner.
- Ensure that any external customer’s queries or concerns are dealt with in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, following the relevant company guidelines.
- Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Booking in of external collections
- Responsible for checking haulier invoices
- Undertake administrative and filing duties to meet needs of Transport Administration.
- Participate as an effective and willing team member in order to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure that the Health and Safety of yourself, Customers and Colleagues is not at risk, by taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Geographical knowledge
- Knowledge of drivers hours, regulations and legislation would be desirable but not essential
- A good standard of PC Literacy
- Able to accurately complete paperwork
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience working in Transport Environment
