My clients are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive with a can-do attitude to join their rapidly growing team. The successful applicant will be a well-organised individual, have a high level of attention to detail, and possess excellent copywriting& proofreading skills. The successful applicant will be someone who has a passion for the property industry, knowledge of HTML, and the ability to create and design artwork for on and offline campaigns. You’ll be able to work well both collaboratively andindependently under minimum supervision.

**Working hours**:
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

**The successful Marketing Executive will be offered**:

- Salary Range up to £30,000
- 28.5 days holiday rising to 33.5 days holiday over a period of time (inc Bank Holidays and Birthday)
- Pension
- The employee of the Quarter and Year
- Annual attendance bonus
- Team Building Activities and last Friday of the month Lunch
- Birthdays

**To be considered for the Marketing Executive role you must have**:

- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, especially online, is essential.
- Passion for the property industry and previous experience working in this sector
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice
- Design skills are required (use of the Adobe suite, but mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator)
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot

**As a Marketing Executive, your role will involve the following**:

- Knowledge of HTML
- The ability to create and design artwork for on and offline campaigns.
- You’ll be able to work well both collaboratively and independently under minimum supervision as the team is going through a period of expansion, all responsibilities are varied and the successful applicant must demonstrate a willingness to help in otherappropriate areas where necessary
- Able to work alone with direction and to multi-task, work quickly and manage a workload that will vary from day to day.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Should be able to demonstrate success within a previous marketing role
- Good working knowledge of web analytics is advantageous.
- Good time management skills
- Constantly looking to self-improve and improve company processes and systems
