Financial Business Analyst (Adult Social Care)
We are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in the Midlands who require the assistance of a Finance Business Analyst to review business processes to improve financial performance within the Adult Social Care Division.

**Role Responsibilities
- Producing and critically analysing debt reports for Adults Social Care, reporting to the management teams the findings from examinations
- Reviewing and implementing business processes to improve the financial position of the Adult Social Care division
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure transparency between the organisation and those with a vested interested in the performance of the division
- Suggesting areas for change to improve the efficacy of deliverables, requiring problem solving traits to further benefit outputs
- Experience working within a financial setting, ideally within the Public Sector
- Experience of the Adults Social Care sector desirable
- Understanding the financial elements within Social Care Legislations e.g. Care Act 2014
- Sound working practices to ensure maximum efficacy, working collaboratively and independently
- Ability to examine and scrutinise financial information present in different formats

**Mainly remote working, with occasional onsite visits necessary
