Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service, (LVAAS) is a cluster of properties providing accommodation with support to adults aged 18 years and above in the borough of Lewisham. LVAAS is part of Lewisham’s single homeless pathway and work to prepare and support clients to move into independence.

The role of the Day Concierge is a key one in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the services in conjunction with the Duty worker. As the first point of contact over the telephone and face to face for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, you will represent the service as the front of house liaison.

Previous experience of the sector is not required as this role provides a great opportunity to learn on the job. Also, within the team there is a wealth of information that can be drawn from, and training will be provided.

- A basic understanding of basic repairs and maintenance.
- Have a flexible and resilient approach to their work.

The role will require you to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
