**About the role**
- You will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service, planning menus with residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
- You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.
**About you**
- An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.

**About the home**
- Epworth Grange care home in Bury is a home in every sense for people with residential and dementia care needs. There are four dining rooms spread throughout the home for mealtimes; residents, of course, guide the rotating weekly menu to ensure that meals are nutritious, delicious and, crucially, what they enjoy. The Food Standards Agency has given the home five stars; residents rate the meals as “very good” and the care regulator has noted the “relaxed and unhurried” pace of mealtimes.
