Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening up a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our expanding recruitment function. As a business we recently celebrated the acquisition of our 35th Dental Beauty Practice with much more to come; and we're looking for an experienced internal or external recruitment specialist to support us in our journey.

We are happy to be flexible on your location as this role can be fully remote, however some travel to our offices in Croydon & Manchester, and our practices' will be required for meetings & events

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with our partners and their respective practices' to support them with their recruitment needs - providing an honest, consultative approach from the vacancy brief to the offer stage
- Work closely alongside our team of Regional Ops Managers, our HR team, Marketing function and other departments within our HQ
- Offering advice & market knowledge to the business on recruitment best practice and sourcing strategies

**Experience**
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced recruitment team (ideally within an internal role) is essential. Experience within the Dental industry would be highly preferrable to ensure you'd be able to hit the ground running, or failing this a medical background
- Fantastic communication skills and a calm, consultative approach is a must; you must also be very organised and be able to work to tight schedules and recruitment deadlines
- You must be able to thrive in an autonomous role - ensuring you plan your day out to ensure productivity and to achieve results
- An understanding of important recruitment tools such as job boards, social media, employer brand promotion, referral networks etc
- You must have a confident approach to recruitment, ensuring you're able to challenge our practices and departments when required - whilst also holding a patient and understanding approach

**Benefits**:

- A highly competitive salary of roughly £32-38K P/A on offer for this position, varying depending upon experience
