**About the role**

The Onboarding team at CitNOW Group are recruiting for a Product Configuration Specialist to play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration and roll out of CitNOW Group products across all markets. You will be responsible for language translations, reporting, project coordination, testing and administration.

This role is based at our offices in Wokingham OR Stirling OR Exeter, however we appreciate the importance of a positive work life balance and have a hybrid home and office working model.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the upkeep of Salesforce queues and management of both work orders and cases
- Conduct user and client-side testing
- Establish and maintain strong internal relationships with UK Account Directors and their Dealer Groups
- Audit and plan configuration exercises in a project-based format whilst working closely with the Onboarding team
- Support global markets after configuration whilst still within the Onboarding remit
- Support the timely delivery of configurations and rollouts across all products and markets
- Ensure an excellent degree of configuration accuracy and ongoing effort to lower the team's QA error rate
- Contribute to the improvement of the configuration process and documentation in a proactive manner
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner
- You may be required to take on tasks within the Onboarding teams' remit, as well as tasks from other CitNOW Group companies
- Strive to reduce the teams' month-to-month configuration times for each App through a variety of administrative duties

**You must have**:

- Experience in a support ticket environment, ideally using Salesforce
- IT literate, an understanding of SQL is highly desirable
- Exposure to a project management environment is advantageous
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Strong problem-solving and decision making ability
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members
