Overview:

**Hours**: 37.5hrs per week

**Salary**: £26,393 - £30,316

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Work in partnership with Prisons, probation and all other criminal justice stake holders.
- To develop interventions and deliver group work.
- Liaise with the prisons and community criminal justice teams to ensure effective continuity of care for all service users.
- Provide recovery planning aimed at ensuring a supported transition from custody to the community.

**About you**:

- Excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within criminal justice or related field
- Experience of supporting and advising participants with complex and/or multiple barriers to success.
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice systems.
- Experience of carrying out DRR assessments (desired but not essential)
- Ability to work flexibly where required to support service users in custody or on release from custody.
- Hold a current valid driving licence and have access to your own transport.
