Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Passenger Assistant to join our team. As a Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting passengers with their needs. This is a rewarding role that allows you to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.

**Duties**:

- Greet passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Provide information about routes, schedules, and fares
- Help passengers with luggage and mobility aids
- Ensure the safety of passengers during transit
- Communicate effectively with passengers to address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior
- Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
