Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Familiar with agricultural machinery and our competitors products
- Welsh Language would be an advantage but is not essential

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.

**Salary**: £20,911.60-£65,831.38 per year
