**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: Breast Care Specialist - Southwest**

**Contract**:Permanent Variable (average of 10 hours per week)

**Benefits**:20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year to a max of 25 days (28 days including bank holidays) pro rata

**Location**:Southwest - to cover South Wales, Bristol and Swindon

**Job Purpose**:
To arrange and provide exceptional post-surgery lingerie fitting services, through bra fitting and giving product advice to those who have had breast surgery due to breast cancer. Maintain the highest possible standard of customer care, actively listen and demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as the first point of contact with Nicola Jane.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct post-surgery lingerie fittings at hospitals, cancer support centres and independent venues, offering a personal service and ensuring the highest standards of customer care are met
- Place customer orders as required, liaising with Customer Service as required
- Attend Support Group events and Moving Forward Days, for breast cancer patients and survivors as required
- Complete training as required
- Submit clinic information monthly

**Reporting to** : Breast Care Specialist Lead (South)

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Confident and friendly, able to demonstrate empathy
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Flexible and mobile within specific region
- Driving licence with own vehicle

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the treatment, surgery and services available to breast cancer patients
- Knowledge of lingerie/post-surgery lingerie
- Experience in bra fitting
- Excellent level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
