Customer Service Administrator

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Customer Services Department.
The key focus of the role is to process customer sales orders through our bespoke CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System, ensuring that orders are entered accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to manage key accounts, where you will be the first point of contact, with the objective of developing strong working relationships, providing support when needed.
To be successful, you need to be a team player with a high degree of IT literacy, strong and confident communication abilities (both written and verbal), coupled with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail. These are all are crucial skills that we consider essential in this role.
