About the role
As an Allpress Roastery Assistant, you will be involved in the complete coffee production process from start to finish. You will be packing orders; ensuring our customers get the best service and roasting coffee.

The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, have great communication skills and love working as part of a team.
- Self-motivated
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business
- A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential for the role.

Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.

**Salary**: £24,000-25,000
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: We do two shifts in the roastery either 7.00-3.00 or 11-7 and operate on a rota.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Roastery Manager
Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required. No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial.
