**Sales Administrator**

**Basic Salary: £22,000 - £27,000**

**Location: Brighouse. Fully, office based**

**Reporting To: Sales Director**

**Bonus: Estimated £1,000-£2,000 Per Annum based on company profit**

**Holidays: 24 days & your Birthday**

**Overview**

To provide general administrative support to the Industrial team as well as other ad hoc duties for the Sales Director.

**Job position**:

- Coordinating schedules for repairs and maintenance for customers
- Working with the workshop with scheduling for servicing and repairs
- Authorising and controlling costs and ensuring the workshop has equipment maintained to manufacturer’s requirements whilst maximising availability
- Handling telephone calls from suppliers
- Issuing supplier orders when products are needed for maintenance
- Recording all warranty repair work & making sure all products have accurate documentation
- Investigating if damage was due to product quality / fault of the customer. Then, liaising with customers to solve the matter, make an estimate for the damage then finally re-invoicing the customer. If not, organising the repair of the damaged goods atthe manufacturer.
- Working with other divisions to check / monitor stock in and out of site
- Documenting maintenance records on paper & the computer
- General admin support for the Sales Team
- Updating customers on asset delivery
- Documenting on the CRM system & other systems daily
- Reformatting data on sales information from our system to an easy format report
- Provide sales reports to the business on an as required basis
- Process sales quotes and orders from the team
- Respecting company confidentiality, only disclosing information once authorised

Experience Required:

- IT literate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Your knowledge will need to be to an extent that you can analyse data and create different types of charts
- Experience with vlookups and ylookups
- Telephone experience speaking with customers
- Ability to put presentations together
- Attention to detail
