Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a Full-Time Finance Assistant for a business within Bourne. This role will have an element of working from home and focuses on supporting the finance team with the account processes of Purchase and General Ledger.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Posting of approved overhead invoices
- Posting Supplier invoices
- Purchase ledger maintenance for all suppliers
- General Ledger with Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring debtors for credit control
- Contributing to month end balance sheets and weekly payments for approval
- Assisting with audit processes, yes end procedures, and annual budgets
- Recording and raising high volume of invoices
**Requirements**:
- Punctual and organised
- Experienced in Purchase Ledger
- Attention to detail
- Accountancy orientated with a finance background
