Tynrhyd Retreat offers four and five-star self-catering holiday accommodation just outside Devil’s Bridge, Ceredigion.

A beautiful location set on a private estate of 13 acres of grounds consisting of the large barn and a farmhouse which can sleep from one to fifty guests.

Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:

- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house with attention to detail and to the highest standards.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Contributes to maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items to management straight away.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists the team when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.

Work Hours/Days:
Typical working pattern, Mon or a Fri between 9am-5pm, 6-12hours per week. Additional hours and days maybe available depending on demand.

Please know we are 8 miles outside of Aberystwyth, so being able to drive and access to a car is essential.

Competitive hourly rate with the option of a zero hours contract or self-employed.

Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Positive can-do attitude
- Highly responsible, trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work alone & cohesively as part of a team

**Experience**:
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
