Siamo Recruitment are working with a market leader within Electronics currently recruiting for a Wire Operative or Electrical Assembly Operative to join their developing production team.

Due to this expansion our client looks to reach out into market and welcome an Electrical Assembler to the business, implementing quality value and attentive detail to their Defence and Aerospace division.

This is an exciting time to join our client as an assembly operative enabling yourself to work with global specialist across world class facilities.

The ideal Wire Operative will be certified with IPC620 and acquainted within electrical assembly.

- £22,345 - £26,570 Salary DOE
- Monday-Thursday 07:30am - 17:00pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am

**This Electrical Assembly Operative vacancy will hold the below responsibilities**:

- Assemble products such as Cables, Harnesses to specification using engineered drawings within suited timeframe.
- Crimping, Soldering, and measuring materials.
- Recording data on internal computer system and paper documents.
- Working within a close team operating to company procedures and processes with a key focus on continual improvement.
- Completing necessary training provided by organisation.

**Our client will be looking for the below experience and qualifications**:

- ICP620 certified being essential
- Knowledge working with and setting DMC Crimp tools is essential
- Experience working with Amp style tools is essential
- Ambition to develop a career and continue learning.
- Positive and proactive mindset.

**This Assembly Operative vacancy is commutable from the following locations**: Cirencester, Swindon, South Cerney, Cricklade, Highworth and Lechlade.
