**JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**Post**: Project Coordinator - Digital Inclusion
**Grade/Salary**: NJC Scale Point 15 - 16 (£25,878 - £26,357 per year pro rata)
**Hours**: 18.5 to 22.5 hours per week
**Responsible to**: Policy & Partnerships Manager
**Probationary period**:3 months
**Base**: Matlock with some travel around Derbyshire
**Purpose of the job**:
1. To work with the Policy & Partnerships Manager (PPM) supporting the coordination of the digital inclusion project - _Digital Support Derbyshire_.
2. To provide day to day coordination of the digital inclusion project, acting as a point of contact internally and externally.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. To take the lead on specific areas of work as agreed with the CEO and PPM, for example
Digital Support Derbyshire network development.
2. Coordinate network and steering group meetings and communication, any ad hoc events, conferences etc including arranging and calling meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, and handling relevant correspondence.
3. With the PPM manage the day to day relationships with key partners, including; DCC,
NHSCT, digital support projects across the county, CVS’s, digital projects and leaders across the country, ICT equipment providers, food banks/pantries etc to ensure good communication, effective working and sharing best practice.
5. Identify and share good practice across the digital support network.
6. To take responsibility for keeping the RAD website pages and social media presence updated and relevant.

7. To manage the monitoring requirements for the project, including the creation and collation of monitoring/evaluation processes to gather the information required to demonstrate to funders progress towards agreed targets and outcomes.
8. Processing of project invoice payments and receipts and supporting the PPM to manage the project budget.
9. Assist in developing and supporting effective communication, networking and relationship building across the network and project.
**General Duties**
10. Be aware of RAD policies and procedures and act within the parameters of these policies at all times
11. To work in compliance with appropriate quality standards.
12. Undertake such training as may be necessary to undertake the work, including achieving a suitable management qualification.
13. Undertake any additional reasonable duties commensurate with the grading and responsibilities of the post
